Nick Cannon did not take it easy with Eminem’s description of his former partner Mariah Carey from the rapper’s new collaborative song “Lord Above” with Fat Joe, where Carey is said to be a “nut job.”

Following the offense to his ex-wife, the 39-year-old actor and comedian was inspired to release a new song called “The Invitation,” which he used as an opportunity to retaliate against Eminem by singing about his private matters.

Through his lyrics, Cannon claims that the famous Detroit rapper does crack and other types of drugs, as well as hinting that Eminem is about to relapse to his drug abuse.

Besides, Carey’s former husband also calls out the 47-year-old for the turbulent relationship he has with the mother of his daughter, Hailie, Kim, and makes fun of the fact that Eminem is raising a child that is not his own.

Cannon did not stop there as he also stated that he is the one responsible for bringing Fat Joe and Eminem together for the creation of “Lord Above” by rapping “I called Joe to set you up, and you fell for the ob” and “Slim won’t show for the video, ’cause he terrified of my squad/ I heard your chauffeur got a video of you suckin’ a c-.”

However, it seems that Eminem had enough because he replied to the criticism by posting a couple of messages on Twitter about Cannon, claiming he lied about it all and that he never even had a chauffeur.

Besides, Mathers shared another joking post on social media, saying that he demanded an apology from Cannon and that even his gardener got jealous.

In a recent interview, the father of three revealed why he will never get over Carey and why he will fight for her.

He said: “Honestly, I said I would probably never get married again because I’m still working on myself and trying to become a better man. That’s what I said,” Nick explained. “But if I had to, I already know what that’s like; I would go back home first before I had to do it again.”

He added: “You know Mariah; she’s fine and happy. We have an amazing co-parenting relationship [and] our kids are so happy. It’s calm waters — let’s keep it that way. Keep it calm.”

He concluded by: “I think I’ll never be able to be with just one woman again. I did it in marriage, and I was very faithful in my marriage. The reason why we split up had nothing to do with infidelity, nothing like that.”

Cannon is expected to win the exchanges.
